Personal Information actively provided by you. In energy saving calculators, we may collect data actively provided by you for survey purposes on size, envelope and roof of your accommodation as well as type and consumption of the heating system; this information is no way connected directly or indirectly to user-identifiable information provided by you in separate functions (name, email address, mailing addresses, phone numbers, etc.). All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information if you want your information to be removed.
Les dispositions suivantes concernent uniquement la saisie de données par les particuliers et les entreprises dans le cadre des programmes de soutien et de la soumission des demandes de subvention. Nom et adresse : Le formulaire traite et stocke les données personnelles (nom, prénom, adresse postale) après confirmation en cliquant sur "Envoyer la demande" pour le but limité et légitime de la gestion et du paiement de la demande soumise. Si le reçu d'achat ne contient pas l'adresse de livraison, un extrait d'autres documents (par exemple factures) peut également être utilisé pour confirmer l'adresse.
Données de contact : Les données de contact comprennent en particulier l'adresse e-mail et le numéro de téléphone pour la gestion de la demande et pour d'éventuelles demandes de clarification.
Données bancaires : Pour le paiement de la demande soumise, les données bancaires nécessaires sont collectées, en particulier le titulaire du compte, la banque et l'IBAN, ainsi qu'un numéro de référence souhaité pour les entreprises.
